This 1957 Chevy Gasser Is A Real Monster!
Although I’m well aware that not every Chevrolet enthusiast is a fan of Gasser builds I believe the “Franken – Chevy” is certainly worth 10 minutes of your time (at least). With its super clean old school appearance, long list of mods and tons of pure American muscle under the hood this Chevy BelAir is one wicked Gasser.
The “Franken – Chevy” has steel slide and tilt front end, straight axle kit, ididit steering, GM 525 steering box and sits on E/T vintage wheels. The interior of this 1957 Chevy Gasser is fully restored and features buckets from ’64 Malibu, full set of gauges from Pro Comp, Moon pedals and Simpson belts.
The best part of the Chevrolet BelAir Gasser is under the hood where the real monster lives. The huge 598 cube Big Block V8 motor is equipped with 8-71 Blower and Twin Demon 650 carburetors. Steel crank, I-beam rods, SRP pistons, aluminium cylinder heads, stainless valve covers the list of mods is endless and the power is way over 1000hp controlled by TH400 manual tranny with 9″ Ford locker differential.
