1968 Mercury Cougar GT-E Born with 427 Side Oiler

The mighty 427 Side Oiler V8 was the race-only engine of Ford's FE family and was only available in one passenger car back in 1968. While most Mercury Cougar GT-E models came equipped with the 428 V8, around 100 muscle cars were born with the 427 Side Oiler engine.

This particular 1968 Mercury Cougar GT-E is not only very rare, but shows less than 40,000 original miles on the odometer and impress with the beautiful Red on Red color combination. It is one of the few very special Mercury cats part of the Brothers Collection.
