Outstanding 1966 Mustang K-Code Restoration!
Considering the fact that this 1966 Mustang Fastback is restored by the Custom Rod Garage you should expect nothing but the best. Responsible for many award winning classic Mustangs the talented and skillful team based in Huntington Beach have done a tremendous job on this pony using mostly NOS parts.
Ordered from the factory in a very rare color called Sapphire Blue the 1966 Ford Mustang a.k.a Special K is accented with red stripes, styled wheels wrapped in dual Red line tires and impress with perfect chrome and trim. Underneath the beautifully restored K-Code Mustang everything is as neat and mostly original while the suspension is from Koni.
The interior is standard but redone so well that it probably looks better than back in 1966 when this Mustang Fastback came off the production line. The K-code 289 V8 motor under the hood is detailed to perfection and produce 271 horsepower controlled by top loader 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter.
