Outstanding 1966 Shelby GT350CR Pro Touring Build!
If you follow the muscle car scene or you’re a Ford fan in particular Classic Recreations is a brand that rings the bell as their mission is to continue the legend of classic Shelby Mustangs. The latest pony that came out from their stables is a Pro Touring 1966 GT350 with new design and upgraded performance and aesthetics combining the best from both worlds.
As you can see the appearance retains Carroll Shelby’s authentic body design enhanced with fiber glass details and specially designed 18-inch GT350CR wheels. The Pro Touring 1966 Shelby Mustang rides on tubular sub frame connectors, coilovers all the way around and oversized sway bars.
There are plenty of upgrades inside as well. Carroll Shelby Scat Rally high back seats with awesome stitching and 5-point seat belts, steering wheel from Sparco and really nice white face gauges. The 1966 Shelby GT350CR sports a Ford Racing 427 Crate engine capable of 545hp controlled by Tremec manual trans and 9-inch posi rear end.
