This particular 1972 Dodge Challenger is not a build that will impress the Mopar purists, but it certainly has what it takes to turn heads. The flawless black E-body and R/T hood combined with the 20-inch aftermarket black wheels gives it a sinister look matched by the fully redone black interior. The Hotchkis suspension and Baer disc brakes on all 4 corners make sure this restomod handles like a new car.
Under the hood of the 1972 Dodge Challenger actually sits its factory original numbers matching 318 V8 engine punched out to 390 cubic inches and dressed with forged internals, aluminum heads, aluminum intake, bigger cam and 750 Holley double pumper carb to produce north of 400hp. The power is transferred through the fully rebuilt stock transmission and rear end.
