1955 Chevrolet Nomad by Salvaggio Automotive Design.
The beautiful custom wagon we have for you on Hot Cars today belongs to Tom Chinn and was built by David Salvaggio (SAD). Many bow tie fans attended the Hot Rod Industry Alliance booth at SEMA 2014 for the debut of this spectacular hot rod, but no one was more excited than Tom seeing the complete project. He wanted a restomod style daily driver and that's exactly what he got.
As you can see not much of the original body lines were touched during the built and the car keeps its original look from the 50's. The classic Chevy is painted in gorgeous Tru Blue Pearl with Graphite Grey on the top, rides on a chassis from the Roadster Shop and sits on a set of unique wheels by Colorado Custom. Mercury Racing is responsible for the Supercharged LS2 motor under the hood controlled by a Bowler Performance trans.
