All Speed Customs With Insane 1971 Cuda Build!
When hot rodders consider projects that will be displayed at world's biggest custom car shows like Detroit Autorama they know they have to go over the top in order to get attention. The boys at All Speed Customs shop have transformed a classic muscle car into something between a hot rod and a supercar and I personally found the concept very interesting.
Their 1971 Plymouth Cuda "Medusa" catches the eyeballs with unique body mods like extended quarter panels, shaved drip rails, door handles from Aston Martin, Ferrari style rear valiance with center exhaust and more complemented by one-off 20-inch Forgeline wheels and killer paint job.
There is nothing really innovative underneath the "Medusa Cuda", but in case you want to know few details: It sits on Roadster Shop chassis, C6 suspension in the front and Four-link at the back with adjustable coilovers from Penske and counts on 14" Wilwood disc brakes.
However, inside this custom built 1971 Plymouth Cuda things go really crazy. The all custom interior is finished in Red creating a perfect contrast with the Silver body and features Recaro front seats and high end sound system instead of rear seating, hand made center console and dashboard with Classic Instrument gauges and cool steering wheel.
Instead of a HEMI under the hood of their Medusa Cuda team All Speed Customs have inserted a nicely detailed Dodge Viper V10 motor beefed up to 750 horsepower controlled by a six speed auto transmission with paddle shifters and 9-inch rear end from Strange Engineering.
