Raw 600hp+ 1968 Chevy Chevelle Burnout Machine

Restored to pretty much original look, fitted with Big Block controlled with a stick this 1968 Chevy Chevelle is a raw burnout machine. Although the owner and builder Dennis McCarthy of Vehicle Effects has some crazy cars in his portfolio, this muscle car is one of his personal toys and shows what type of car guy he really is.

Dennis has invested about $100K into this 1968 Chevy Chevelle, but I really like how he kept the old school appearance. However when it comes to the powerplant Dennis has swapped the 396 with 468 V8 producing over 600 horsepower and 500 pounds of torque sent through a 4-speed manual and posi rear with 3.55 gears.
