1970 Plymouth Road Runner Autocross Car in Action

Steve Johnston's 1970 Plymouth Road Runner is definitely not your average B-body build. He bought the Mopar as a shell more than 3 decades ago, and transformed it into a track ready muscle car, which he competes in autocross events.

Steve's 1970 Plymouth Road Runner rides on Hotchkis TVS suspension and sports a 400 low deck block punched to 470 cubes paired with a built Tremec 5-speed tranny. As you'll see the set up works pretty good for Steve tackling the corners.
