A 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T 426 HEMI – Another remarkable Mopar muscle car part of the Brothers Collection. As you probably know 1971 was the second year for the E-body platforms from Dodge. That particular model is interesting because it was Chrysler’s answer to the Camaro and Mustang smaller pony cars. Well Dodge needed a slightly bigger car in order to fit the 425 horse power 426 HEMI engine under the hood and that’s why they used the E-body Challenger instead of the A-body Dart for example.
