Blacked Out 1968 Camaro by Smithy Customs!
Smithy Forged Customs & Design is a shop based in Houston, Texas specializing in muscle car restoration and customization and once you see their killer 1st generation Chevrolet Camaro called "Project Blackjack" it is not hard to figure this guys know that attention to detail is the key.
The Black Jack 1968 Camaro's body is super straight, sprayed with PPG Base and Clear 9700 Black paint and rides on a set of 18-inch Boze Tach rims wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sports tires. The suspension from Chris Alston Chassisworks gives it the right stance.
The fully custom interior of this 1968 Chevy Camaro resto-mod is done by Aaron Davis who has used top notch components like seats from BMW M3 in Black Ferrari leather, MOMO steering wheel and gauges from Dakota Digital.
The 550 horsepower comes from a built LS3 engine backed by a Tick TR6060 Stage 2 six speed transmission with Eaton Posi differential and the brutal V8 voice of the Project Blackjack Camaro comes from a custom exhaust system by SS Stainless Works.
