Passionate about HEMI powered Mopars, the car collector Steve Atwell acquires this truly one of one 1968 Plymouth GTX Convertible back in 1985. Knowing that this is a former road test car for several magazines as well as the only one out of the 36 HEMI powered Convertible Plymouth GTX muscle cars built in 1968 that was used as a Pace car for Grand Prix, Steve just had to have it.
He hunted down the Mopar and purchased it from its second owner with all the documentation proving this is a Pilot car.
