George Poteet's Remarkable 1961 Ford Starliner 390 FE

Part of the George Poteet collection for the last 15 years, and restored by Zach Straits this Cambridge Blue 1961 Ford Starliner attracted a lot of attention at the Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals show.

Ford purists will notice that the 1961 Starliner is not exactly restored to factory specs. The reason is that Mr. Poteet actually enjoys driving his classic cars, and this 61,000 original miles hot rod is no exception.

With over 1,200 hours spent, Zach Straits and friends of his have performed a remarkable restoration. The Z-code 1961 Ford Starliner looks great in and out, and the engine bay fitted with 390 FE is nicely detailed.
