A 1969 Chevy Chevelle SS 396 meets a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner 440 Six Barrel for an epic stock muscle cars drag race that takes place at the Mid-Michigan Motorplex every September. For those of you who are not familiarized with it, the event is called Pure Stock Drags and it stands out with the fact that drivers can make very limited mods to their vehicles. In other words, these are the purest American muscle cars gathering at the strip to entertain the crowd in a heart-pumping 1/4 mile races.
