I am sure many of you will recognize this stout 1972 Ford Torino GT also known as the "Big Blue". Built back in 2008 by Steve Strope (Pure Vision Design), this stunner won many awards, it was on the cover of Hot Rod Magazine, and it inspired the Ford Torino built for the Fast & Furious.
It wears a PPG Lexus Blue paint, rides on Bonspeed wheels, and has a beautiful custom interior. But this 1972 Torino GT is not all about the looks. It sports a 514 cube Ford Racing engine dressed with performance goodies and paired with Hurst shifted 4-speed and 3.70 geared 9-inch rear end.
The "Big Blue" Ford Torino found a new home in 2021, and this video was filmed just before the new owner picked it up from the Specialty Sales Classics showroom. Check it out to see more.
