The 1969 Ford Mustang named "Elvira" is not really a vehicle purists will be impressed with. It is a high end custom built show stopper, but this kind of builds are part of the hot rod scene, and I am sure many will appreciate all the cool custom touches and attention to detail.
The owner Steve Engberg, shares he owned quite a few Ford muscle cars during the years. I am not sure what he did to those, but I definitely love his approach to this 1969 Mustang build. The mean looks, the neat custom interior, and of course the monster under the hood.
A nicely detailed Ford Motorsport engine block punched to 600 cubic inches and dressed with Jon Kaase Boss heads is a powerplant that will bring a lot of smiles per gallon, specially when connected to a six speed manual transmission.
