We have featured a few cool vans on Hot Cars with the most recent example being Chris Challice’s Dodge B150. I can't really tell which one was my favorite, but one thing is certain. I love this 1990 Chevy G10. It looks wicked in and out and it has plenty of go. One hell of a "Shaggin' Wagon".
While the Chevy G10 may not look like a big budget project, some big names from the hot rod scene were involved in the build. Dennis McCarthy of Visual Effects who does the Fast & Furious picture cars. As well as Ish who used to work at West Coast Kustoms. So yeah, this thing is as pimped as it gets.
The 1990 Chevy van sports a build 454 LSX engine estimated at 700 horsepower controlled by modified Tremec six-speed trans and 12-bolt posi rear. The full custom exhaust turns heads. It counts on Wilwood disc brakes on all corners, and those 16-inch American Racing wheels look just right on it.
The interior is my favorite part, and I think that's enough said. You are going to see everything about this Chevy "Shaggin' Wagon" in the AutotopiaLA video.
