Those of you who don't know Lucky Costa, he is the co-host at Hot Rod Garage and owner of a 1966 Chevy Chevelle that he brought to 2018 LS Fest West. A former Super Chevy Magazine project car that never got done, this 1966 Chevelle was acquired by Lucky for $5500 with no motor or transmission.
